Went in for an alignment. Initially I was unsatisfied and felt I was treated like I had no knowledge on vehicles and that they were trying to up charge me. After leaving a review I was contacted by the company with an apology and a promise to do the alignment the to best of their ability As well as getting me in the shop asap. They called and gave me honest information about the rear of my vehicle (aftermarket) and made sure I understood why they were doing what they were doing.

I recently purchased used a truck in KC area where I live and within a month I had a check engine light come on while I was visiting Joplin, I took my truck to 360 Auto and they were very helpful with diagnosing the issue and helping me with a ride by offering a paid uber ride to where I needed to be! Daniel was my service advisor and was a wonderful with his knowledge and help to understand everything going on! And the mechanic even walk me through the entire diagnosis and explained everything throughly! I highly recommend these people for any auto repair needs! Professional, great communication, and top quality service!

I had an appointment scheduled for 9:00 AM, but I arrived at 8:30 AM and dropped off my car. I explained clearly that I needed the vehicle back by the end of the day because I had arranged for someone to pick it up for me while I was at work. I was told the inspection would take about one hour, but it ended up taking much longer. Around 11:00 AM, I called to check on the status and was told they would be working on it. The person who was supposed to pick up my car had to be at work by 3:00 PM, so I needed the car ready before then. I called again around 2:00 PM, but no one answered. Later, around 5:00 PM, I returned a call from the shop that I had missed while working. At that point, I still had no transportation home because the inspection had not been completed on time. I was then told to pay the $95 inspection fee online, and they would provide a code so I could retrieve my key after hours. I paid the fee immediately and waited for the code, but it never came. When I called back, the business was already closed. As a result, I had to find someone to drive me to the shop, and when I got there, I still could not get my car because I had never received the access code. To make

I had new shocks put on my 2020 Escape and couldn’t be happier with the experience. They were more affordable than other shops in the area and got the job done quickly and correctly. What really stood out was the convenience. They picked my car up from my office and dropped it back off so I didn’t miss any work. They also helped me apply for a Synchrony Car Care card, which made an expensive repair much more affordable with 6 months no interest financing. Shane truly goes above and beyond to take care of both new and returning customers. I’ll definitely be coming back for all of my vehicle needs!

The people that work for this business are very pleasant to deal with. My car has gone into their shop twice now and they have done everything to make the repairs easy. They explain the processes for their testing and ordering very well. I was given up front estimates for the repairs and the prices seem to be average from what I can tell. They offered me an uber both time that I left my car with them and I accepted one of the times. I will absolutely continue going to them for my needs as they have gone above and beyond.
